The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay which made me feel welcome right away. I appreciated the noon check-out option that gave me a little extra time to relax in my room.

Housekeeping woke me up at 9 am despite the late check-out.

Additionally, the staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality. they promptly assisted with my business needs and provided helpful local recommendations.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the fast internet, 24-hour reception, and the fitness center. The staff once helped me print tickets promptly. I highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We explored the nearby Gahanna Municipal Golf Course and enjoyed a lovely evening at Creekside Gahanna. The location was perfect, with easy access to fun spots and great food options. The breakfast at the Bistro was tasty, making mornings bright!

Unfortunately, the shower didn’t match the online photos and had some issues. The air conditioner was quite loud, which made it hard to sleep. However, the staff was friendly and clean. They need to work on a few things for sure.

The location was perfect, within a short walk to dining and shopping. The room was super clean, featuring a sofa bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a tea/coffee maker, and a private bathroom. Great fitness centre and a cozy indoor swimming pool made it even better. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious with fresh options.
